Certificate packs are available in a number of denominations and once installed can be shared across your entire organisation.  You need a certificate pack to actually produce certificates.  You can still schedule and manage jobs and complete tests without a valid pack but you will be unable to produce certificates for printing or email until you have a pack installed.

Although certificate packs are usually available instantly, we do have to say that you should allow up to 24 hours for your new pack to register on the platform.  You can keep an eye on your certificates left in the platform welcome screen.  We advise you purchase packs ahead of time if running out is a problem.  We also offer a emergency run over buffer which will allow you produce certificates if your pack has run out.  These are charged at the rate of your previous pack pro-rata and are billed monthly in arrears.
